- Account information: name, email address, and organization details provided during sign-up via Clerk authentication.
- CRM data: contacts, companies, tasks, notes, and activity logs you create within your workspaces.
- Gmail data: if you connect your Gmail account, we access your email address, send emails on your behalf, and read email threads related to your CRM contacts. We store OAuth tokens securely to maintain this connection.
- Usage data: basic server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the CRM Service.
- To send and receive emails through the Gmail integration on your behalf.
- To generate notifications, reminders, and task alerts within the Service.
- To improve the Service and fix issues.
4. Gmail API — Limited Use Disclosure
RadiusOS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We only request access to the Gmail scopes necessary to send emails, read email threads for your CRM contacts, and identify your email address.
- We do not use Gmail data for advertising purposes.
- We do not share Gmail data with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service.
- We do not allow humans to read your Gmail data unless required for security purposes, to comply with law, or with your explicit consent.
- You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time from the Settings > Integrations page, which immediately deletes your stored OAuth tokens.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon. The Service is hosted on Vercel. Authentication is handled by Clerk. All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services required to operate the platform: Clerk (authentication), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), and Google (Gmail integration, only when you connect).
7. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your CRM data at any time through the Service. You can disconnect your Gmail integration at any time. To request full account deletion, contact us at the email below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
