Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RadiusOS (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RadiusOS is a multi-tenant CRM platform that helps you manage contacts, companies, tasks, and email outreach. The Service includes pipeline management, Gmail integration, CSV import/export, task tracking, notifications, and reminders.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Send spam or unsolicited emails through the Gmail integration.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Upload malicious content or interfere with other users.
  • Violate any applicable laws, including anti-spam and data protection regulations.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your contacts, companies, emails, or other CRM data. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Gmail Integration

If you connect your Gmail account, you authorize RadiusOS to send emails on your behalf, read email threads related to your CRM contacts, and access your email address. You can revoke this access at any time from Settings > Integrations. Your use of Gmail through RadiusOS is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

7. Plans & Billing

The Service offers Free, Pro, and Team plans. Free plan users are subject to usage limits (workspaces, contacts, members). Paid plan features and pricing are described on the Service. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadiusOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
