How to Manage Your Entire Pipeline from Claude Desktop

6 min read

You're in Claude Desktop, drafting a proposal. Halfway through, you realize you need to check the last quote you sent a client. So you open a new tab, log in to your CRM, navigate to the contact, scroll through the activity history, find the number, and switch back. Thirty seconds of context-switching for a five-second answer.

It's 2026 and we're still bouncing between our AI assistant and our business tools like they exist in different universes. What if they didn't have to?

What We Built

RadiusOS now connects directly to Claude Desktop. Also Cursor, Windsurf, and any other app that supports MCP — which stands for Model Context Protocol. Think of MCP like USB for AI assistants: it's the standard that lets Claude plug into business tools and actually use them on your behalf.

This isn't a chatbot bolted onto a CRM. It's your actual workspace data — your contacts, your pipeline, your quotes, your invoices — accessible through conversation. We built 34 tools that Claude can use when you ask it to do something. You talk. It acts. Your CRM updates.

What You Can Actually Do

Forget tool names and API documentation. Here's what this looks like in practice:

Know your pipeline at a glance. Type "Show me my pipeline summary" and get back your total deals, revenue by stage, overdue follow-ups, and your hottest contacts — the same overview you'd see on your dashboard, delivered in a sentence. No logging in. No loading screens.

Add contacts without filling out forms. Say "Create a contact: Sarah Chen, VP Sales at Acme Corp, sarah@acme.com" and she's added to your pipeline, assigned to the right stage, and ready to track. Claude confirms the details and asks what you want to do next.

Create and send quotes. Tell Claude "Create a quote for Tom: 2 hours consulting at $150/hr plus a $500 setup fee. 8% tax." It builds a formatted quote with line items, tax calculations, and totals — ready to review and send. No template hunting, no manual math.

Invoice and get paid. Once a quote is accepted, say "Create an invoice from the accepted quote for Acme Corp and send it." The invoice is generated from the quote data, emailed to the client, and tracked in your pipeline. You just went from quote to invoice without opening a single form.

Schedule without a calendar app. "Schedule a site visit with Tom next Tuesday at 2pm" books the appointment and makes it visible in your calendar view. For field service businesses, this is huge — your schedule lives where you're already working.

AI that knows your deals. Ask "Why is this deal scored 87?" and get a real answer: engagement patterns, reply speed, risk factors, and a suggested next action. Not a number pulled from thin air — actual reasoning about your relationship with that contact.

Search by meaning, not keywords. "Search my notes for conversations about pricing objections" finds relevant notes even if you never typed the word "pricing." Semantic search understands what you meant, not just what you wrote.

Why This Matters for Small Business

The point isn't that this is fancy technology. The point is you stop context-switching.

You're already in Claude Desktop writing a follow-up email, planning your week, or brainstorming a proposal. Now you can check your pipeline, send a quote, and schedule a follow-up without leaving that conversation. For a solopreneur juggling client work, bookkeeping, marketing, and sales, that's not a feature — it's a workflow change. Everything you need lives in one place.

Here's the other thing: most CRM "AI features" cost $50 to $100 per user per month and require an IT team to set up. RadiusOS starts at $19/mo and includes MCP access on the Business plan at $39/mo. The setup takes two minutes. You don't need an enterprise contract or a technical co-founder. You need an API key and sixty seconds of patience.

It Adapts to Your Business

RadiusOS is template-based, which means Claude automatically understands the shape of your business. A real estate agent manages "Listings" with scheduling and showing appointments. A contractor manages "Jobs" with quoting and invoicing. A SaaS salesperson manages "Deals" with email sequences and scoring.

Ask Claude "what's on my schedule?" and it knows to check your appointments if you're running a field service template. Ask "create a quote" and it knows the right fields for your industry. The AI assistant adapts to your pipeline, not the other way around.

Setup: 2 Minutes, No Code

Four steps. No terminal. No configuration files.

  • Step 1: In RadiusOS, go to Settings and find AI Assistant Connection. Copy your MCP API key.
  • Step 2: Open Claude Desktop settings and navigate to the MCP Servers section.
  • Step 3: Add a new server with the URL https://www.radiusos.ai/api/mcp and paste your API key.
  • Step 4: Restart Claude Desktop and test with "Show me my pipeline." That's it.

If you use Cursor or Windsurf instead, the same URL and key work there too. Any MCP-compatible client can connect.

Your Pipeline, Where You Already Work

We built RadiusOS as the anti-bloat CRM — simple, fast, and priced for people who actually run small businesses. Connecting it to Claude Desktop is the natural next step: your pipeline shouldn't live in a separate tab from your AI assistant.
