This Cookie Policy explains how RadiusOS (“we,” “us,” “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at radiusos.ai and in the RadiusOS CRM application (the “Service”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the use of cookies as described in this policy, subject to the consent choices you make in the cookie banner.

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your browser or device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, make them more efficient, and provide information to the site owners.

Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and server-set identifiers. In this policy, “cookies” refers to all of these unless stated otherwise.

We use two broad types of cookies:

• First-party cookies: Set directly by radiusos.ai.
• Third-party cookies: Set by services we use (Clerk, Stripe, Vercel, Google) when they are loaded by our pages or integrations.

Cookies can also be distinguished by how long they live:

• Session cookies expire when you close the browser.
• Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set duration or until you delete them.

We group cookies into three categories based on their purpose:

3.1 Essential Cookies (Always On)

Required for the Service to function securely. They enable authentication, session management, routing, CSRF protection, load balancing, and recording of your cookie consent. Because these cookies are strictly necessary, they do not require consent under GDPR, UK GDPR, or the ePrivacy Directive and cannot be turned off in the consent banner.

3.2 Analytics Cookies (Consent Required)

Help us understand how visitors use the Service so we can improve it. These cookies collect anonymized or pseudonymized data such as page views, session duration, device type, and approximate region. They are loaded only if you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner.

3.3 Functional Cookies (Consent Required)

Used to remember preferences and personalize the experience (e.g., theme, locale, UI state). This category is reserved for future use — we do not currently set any functional cookies beyond the essential ones.

We do not use advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies on the Service.

The table below lists the cookies we or our service providers set when you use the Service. Exact cookie names and durations may change as providers update their implementations; we will update this policy to reflect material changes.

Gmail OAuth cookies are set on Google domains during the Gmail connection flow and are governed by Google's policies rather than ours.

Some cookies are placed by third parties who provide services essential to the Service (authentication, payments, hosting, analytics). Those third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we recommend you review:

When you first visit the Service you are shown a cookie banner with three choices:

• Accept All — allows essential, analytics, and functional cookies.
• Reject Non-Essential — allows only essential cookies.
• Manage Preferences — lets you individually toggle analytics and functional categories before saving.

Your choice is recorded in the radiusos_consent cookie for one year. You can change your choice at any time by clicking the button below, which re-opens the banner:

The same link is available in the footer of every page under “Manage preferences.” Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

6.1 Browser Controls

Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Blocking essential cookies will break core Service functionality (e.g., signing in). Links to common browser cookie controls:

6.2 “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control

Because there is no common industry standard for “Do Not Track” signals, we do not respond to them. Where required by law (e.g., California), we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information. RadiusOS does not sell personal information.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the cookies we use or to applicable law. When we make a material change — for example, adding a new category of cookies — we will bump the consent version so the banner re-appears and you can make a fresh choice.

The “Last updated” date at the top of this policy reflects when the current version took effect.
