Shopping for a CRM, not just a template? See how RadiusOS works for pest control

A quarterly comes due and nobody books it, so a $480-a-year customer quietly becomes a former customer

Somebody calls with roaches at 8am and books whoever answers first, which is usually not you

Termite renewals live in a spreadsheet, and the ones you miss are the ones worth the most

RadiusOS is built for the half of pest control that is not the treatment. Set the recurring plan up once against the address -- quarterly, bi-monthly, annual termite renewal -- and the job appears on your list about two weeks before each one is due, with the address and the equipment already on it. No reminder to dismiss, no spreadsheet to remember. New callouts move from lead through quote to scheduled with AI scoring flagging the estimates going cold, so the person who found ants on Tuesday does not sit unanswered until Friday. Walk & Talk lets you record the inspection on your phone -- photograph the entry points, the bait stations, the crawlspace, while you talk through what you found -- and the recap and follow-up tasks land on the customer record. Email templates handle prep instructions, day-before reminders, and renewal notices.

Customer / CustomersPipeline: Pest Control

How this pipeline works

1

New Lead

Somebody has a problem right now. Speed is the whole game here: a homeowner who just found roaches calls three companies and books the first one who picks up. Get the callout on the calendar before you worry about anything else.

2

Quote Sent

The number is out. This is where you make the case for a plan instead of a one-off, and the case is easier after the problem is solved than before. Follow up within two days -- pest quotes go cold fast because the panic fades.

3

Scheduled

Booked. Confirm access, pets, and anything they need to do to prepare -- cleared cupboards, laundry off the floor, somebody home for the crawlspace. Most callbacks are prep that did not happen, not treatment that did not work.

4

On a Plan

The good one. They are on quarterly or bi-monthly and mostly never think about you, which is the service working. Set the recurring work up here and the next visit books itself before it is due.

5

Paid

Invoice settled. A one-off customer is a plan customer who has not been asked yet, and a plan customer is a termite inspection and a referral. Neither happens if they drop off the list.

Frequently asked questions

What software do pest control companies use?

Most run PestPac, Briostack, or FieldRoutes, which start around $100 per month and are built for companies with dispatchers and multiple trucks. An owner-operator or a two-truck outfit usually ends up with a spreadsheet and a phone. RadiusOS is free to start, has a pest pipeline out of the box, and Pro is $19 a month.

How do I stop losing recurring pest control customers?

Set the plan up once against the address and RadiusOS makes the job about two weeks before each service is due, with the address on it. It is a real job on your list, not a reminder you dismiss. If you are on the free plan and already at your job limit it tells you it is waiting rather than skipping the visit, which is the failure that costs you the customer.

Can I track termite bonds and annual renewals?

Yes. Record the treatment at the address as a piece of equipment with its install date and renewal date, and the addresses list shows you everything coming up for renewal in the next quarter. That list is the most valuable outbound call a pest company makes, because it is a reason to ring somebody that is not a sales pitch.

Does it work for commercial accounts as well as homes?

Yes. Unlike the other trades templates, this one keeps Companies switched on, because a route is usually half homeowners and half property managers with a book of buildings. A manager can hold several addresses, each with its own service history and its own plan.
