Settings sections

| Workspace | Workspace name, slug, visibility, and deletion. |
Profile and Organization are at the top of the settings list because they're the most commonly needed. Your profile info personalizes email signatures, while organization info flows onto invoices and quotes.
Deleting your workspace permanently removes all contacts, companies, tasks, and pipeline data. This cannot be undone. Export your data first.
Profile vs. Organization: what's the difference?
RadiusOS separates personal info (My Profile) from business info (Organization) because they serve different purposes and may differ:
- My Profile is about you - your name, title, direct phone, and how your email signature looks. If you belong to multiple organizations, your profile follows you.
- Organization is about the business - the legal name, mailing address, logo, and tax ID that appear on customer-facing documents like invoices and quotes.
For solo users, these often overlap. For teams, each member has their own profile while sharing the same organization details.
You don't need to fill everything out right away. RadiusOS will prompt you when you first need the data - for example, when you create your first invoice, you'll see a nudge to add your business address so it appears on the document.
