AI Email Footer

Free-tier AI-drafted emails include a small attribution footer. Here's what it is, why it appears, and how to remove it.

What is the email footer?

When you use AI to draft an email on the Free plan, a small text footer is appended to the bottom of the message when it is sent:

---

Drafted with AI by RadiusOS — free CRM for solopreneurs

https://www.radiusos.ai

The footer appears as plain text below a horizontal rule, separated from your email content. It is not an image or banner — just a single line of text with a link.

Why does it appear?

The footer only appears on emails that were drafted using the AI draft feature. It does not appear on:

  • Emails you compose from scratch in the compose window
  • Emails you write using an email template (without AI drafting)
  • Emails sent through sequences or automations
  • Any email sent by Pro or Team plan users

The footer is an attribution for the AI drafting feature on the Free plan. It helps other professionals discover RadiusOS — similar to how Calendly and Mailchimp include branding on their free tiers.

How to remove it

Upgrade to the Pro plan ($19/mo) to remove the footer from all AI-drafted emails. Footer removal is immediate — as soon as your Pro plan activates, no future emails will include the footer.

Upgrade at Settings → Billing or visit radiusos.ai/pricing.

Removing the AI email footer is one of the benefits included in the Pro plan. See the full list of Pro features at Settings → Billing.

Is it visible to recipients?

Yes. The footer is part of the email body and is visible to anyone who receives the email. It appears as a small, plain-text line below your email content and signature.

The footer is designed to be unobtrusive — it uses the email's default font and styling, with no bold text, colors, or logos. It is separated from your content by a horizontal rule so it reads as a system attribution, not part of your message.

The footer is injected when the email is sent, not when the draft is generated. This means you will not see the footer in your compose window while editing the draft — it is added at send time.

The footer link includes tracking parameters so RadiusOS can measure how many people discover the product through AI-drafted emails. No personal information about you or the recipient is included in the link.
