Sending walkthroughs for review
ProAfter you approve a Walk & Talk recap, you can send it to a customer (or anyone else who needs to weigh in) via a magic link. They open it on any device, see the photos and summary, and can mark up photos or approve. No account required for them.
How it works
Open an approved walkthrough on the page detail screen. Click Send for review. Type the reviewer's email, optionally add a message, and hit Send review link.
RadiusOS emails them a one-click link from your connected Gmail. The link is unique to them and works for 30 days. You can send the same walkthrough to up to 5 reviewers.
The reviewer doesn't need a RadiusOS account. The link is the credential. Anyone with the URL can act as the reviewer, so don't forward it to people you don't want reviewing the walkthrough.
Tracking review status
The Review status panel on the walkthrough shows where each reviewer stands. You'll see when they opened the link, when they marked up a photo, when they commented, and when they approved (or requested changes, or rejected).
Click View markup on any session that has annotations or comments to see exactly what the reviewer drew and said. Photos render the markup overlay just like the reviewer saw it.
Withdraw a review link at any time by clicking the X next to a reviewer. The link will stop working for them immediately.
What the reviewer sees and decides
On their link, the reviewer can mark up photos with arrows, circles, and text labels; comment per-photo or on the walkthrough as a whole; and pick one of three outcomes: Approve, Request changes, or Reject.
Each outcome writes an activity to the contact timeline so the next person on your team knows where things stand. Reject and Request changes require a note explaining why; Approve allows an optional note.
Outcomes are one-way. Once a reviewer submits, they can't change their mind on the same link. If they need to update their decision, send them a fresh review link.
Approval unlocks one-click send
When a reviewer approves a walkthrough that has a draft quote (from Snap to Quote), a Quotes ready to send card surfaces on your dashboard. One click sends the quote to the contact's email. No more digging through quote drafts wondering which ones the customer has agreed to.
If the walkthrough didn't generate a draft quote, the dashboard card stays empty. You can still create a quote manually from the walkthrough page using Generate quote.
