ProGo beyond the Dashboard with detailed reports on pipeline performance, conversion rates, deal velocity, and stale contacts.
Overview
The Reports page provides deeper analytical views of your pipeline data. While the Dashboard shows a snapshot, Reports give you trends, comparisons, and actionable insights.
Reports are a Pro feature. Free plan users see the Dashboard summary stats. Upgrade to Pro for the full reporting suite.
Available reports
Pipeline Report
A breakdown of contacts by stage with counts and percentages. See where your pipeline is concentrated and identify bottlenecks.
Activity Report
Track actions over time — emails sent, tasks completed, contacts created, stage changes. Filter by date range to spot trends.
Win/Loss Analysis
See your overall win rate (contacts reaching your final "won" stage vs. "lost" stage), with period-over-period comparison. Understand why deals close or stall.
Conversion Funnel
Stage-by-stage conversion rates showing where contacts drop off. Each stage shows the percentage that advance to the next stage.
Pipeline Velocity
Average time contacts spend in each stage, plus total cycle time from first stage to close. Identify stages where deals get stuck.
Stale Deals
Contacts that haven't had any activity (stage change, email, task) in 14+ days, sorted by how long they've been idle. A prompt to re-engage or close out.
Date filtering
Most reports support a date range filter. Use the preset options (This Week, This Month, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days) or set a custom range. The comparison period is automatically set to the same-length period immediately before your selected range.
