Connecting Gmail

RadiusOS can read your Gmail inbox and associate email threads with contacts. The integration uses OAuth - RadiusOS never stores your Gmail password.

Prerequisites

  • A Google account (personal Gmail or Google Workspace)
  • A RadiusOS account (any plan)

Connecting your account

1

Go to Settings → Integrations

Click your avatar or organization name in the bottom-left corner, then select Settings. Navigate to the Integrations tab.

2

Click "Connect Gmail"

A Google OAuth popup will appear. Sign into the Google account you want to connect. You may be asked to approve permissions - RadiusOS requests read access to your messages and send access for future email-from-CRM features.

3

Authorize the permissions

Review the permission scopes and click Allow. You'll be redirected back to RadiusOS. The Integrations page will show your connected Gmail address with a green status badge.

Disconnecting Gmail

On the Integrations page, click Disconnect under the Gmail card. This revokes RadiusOS's access token. Previously synced emails remain in your contact records - they are not deleted.

⚠️

Reconnecting after disconnecting: If you disconnect and reconnect, you'll need to manually trigger a re-sync to restore email associations. See the Gmail Sync article for details.
