Tasks

Tasks keep you accountable on follow-ups, deadlines, and next steps. Each task can be tied to a specific contact or left unattached as a standalone to-do.

Creating a task

Tasks can be created in three places:

  • From the Tasks page: click + New Task
  • From a contact detail panel: scroll to the Tasks section and click Add Task
  • From the Pipeline view: a task indicator on a contact card

Task fields

  • Title (required) — what needs to be done
  • Due date — triggers a notification reminder
  • Linked contact — optional; associates the task with a specific record
  • Notes — additional context
  • Priority — Low, Medium, High

Completing a task

Click the checkbox to the left of any task to mark it complete. Completed tasks are hidden from the default view but accessible via the Completed filter tab.
