My Profile
Your personal information, contact details, and email signature settings. This data follows you across organizations and personalizes your outgoing communications.
What My Profile controls
My Profile stores personal information that's specific to you as an individual — not your business. It includes:
- Job title (e.g. "Founder", "Sales Manager", "Broker")
- Direct phone number
- Timezone (used for scheduling and activity timestamps)
- Short bio (shown in team views on Team plan)
- Email signature customization (name, title, and phone as they appear in outgoing emails)
Setting up your profile
Go to Settings → My Profile
Click Settings in the sidebar, then My Profile (the first item in the list).
Review your account info
Your name, email, and avatar are managed through Clerk (your sign-in provider). These appear at the top of the profile page as read-only. To change them, click the link to your Clerk account settings.
Add your professional details
Fill in your job title, direct phone number, and timezone. These are optional but recommended — they're used in email signatures and team views.
Customize your email signature
The Email Signature section lets you override how your name and title appear in outgoing emails sent through RadiusOS. A live preview updates as you type so you can see exactly what recipients will see.
Save
Click Save profile. Changes take effect immediately on all future emails and documents.
Email signature preview
The signature preview shows a live rendering of how your name, title, organization name, and phone will appear at the bottom of outgoing emails. The organization name is pulled from your Organization settings — edit it there if it needs updating.
Leave the signature fields blank to use your Clerk account name and profile title as defaults. The signature fields are overrides, not replacements — they only apply when you've entered a value.
