Organization Profile
Your business identity — name, address, phone, and logo. This information appears on invoices, quotes, email signatures, and booking confirmations.
What Organization Profile controls
The Organization Profile stores business-level information shared by all members of your organization. Unlike My Profile (which is personal), this data represents the business entity:
- Business name (legal/display name for documents — may differ from your org name in the app)
- Business address (line 1, line 2, city, state, zip code)
- Business phone and email
- Website URL
- Tax ID / EIN (printed on invoices if provided)
- Logo (used on invoices, quotes, and branded documents)
Setting up your organization profile
Go to Settings → Organization
Click Settings in the sidebar, then Organization (the second item in the list).
Fill in Business Identity
Enter your organization name (the name shown inside RadiusOS) and your business name (the legal name printed on documents). These can be different — for example, your org might be called "Chad's Pipeline" while your business name is "Newell Consulting LLC".
Add your business address
Enter your street address, city, state, and zip code. This appears in the header of invoices and quotes, and on booking confirmation emails.
Add contact and tax info
Enter your business phone and Tax ID/EIN. The phone appears on invoices and in email footers. The Tax ID is optional and only displayed on invoices if provided.
Save
Click Save changes. All future invoices, quotes, and emails will use the updated information.
You don't need to fill everything out right away. RadiusOS works fine without business details — but when you create your first invoice or quote, you'll want this info in place so it appears on the document.

For solo users: your Organization Profile is your business card. Fill it in once and it flows everywhere — invoices, quotes, emails, and booking pages all pull from the same source. No copy-pasting.
