Today - your daily dashboard
Today is the screen you land on. It answers one question: what needs doing right now. Four numbers across the top, then the follow-ups that are already written, the quotes waiting to go out, and what is coming up.
What you'll see
Four tiles run across the top. Each one is a link - click the tile and you land on the list behind the number, not on another summary.
- Total customers - your whole list, with how many you added this week
- Open tasks - everything you owe somebody, overdue first
- Emails sent (30d) - opens the Activity Summary report
- New this month - what your month of selling actually produced
Below the tiles, the cards you see depend on your plan and your setup:
- Morning Digest - the follow-ups written for you overnight. Read, send, skip. The "Open Morning Ritual" link takes you to the full-screen version.
- Quotes ready to send - quotes a reviewer approved, one click from going out.
- AI Follow-Up Digest - the customers who have gone quiet and need chasing.
- Tasks - what is due, grouped by customer.
- Upcoming - your next scheduled visits and reminders.
- AI Daily Digest - prioritized actions and what the AI noticed across the whole list.
- Pipeline - how your customers are spread across the steps.
Customization
The card order on Today is fixed for now. What you can change is where RadiusOS opens: if you would rather land on your Pipeline or your Quotes every morning, set a default landing view per workspace in Settings. Clicking Dashboard in the sidebar always brings you back here. For win rates, stall points, and how fast money moves, use Reports.
Refreshing data
Everything on Today is read live when the page loads. There is no cache to wait out - if you just imported a list or synced Gmail, refresh and the numbers have moved.
