Billing & Upgrading
Everything you need to know about subscribing, managing your payment method, and what happens when you upgrade or downgrade.
How to upgrade
Go to Settings → Billing
You'll see your current plan and comparison cards for Free, Pro ($19/mo), and Team ($49/mo).
Click "Upgrade to Pro" or "Upgrade to Team"
This opens a Stripe checkout page where you enter your payment details.
Complete checkout
After payment, you're redirected back to RadiusOS. You'll see a brief "Confirming your subscription..." message while the system processes the payment (usually 5–10 seconds), then a success banner confirming your new plan.
Features unlock immediately
All gated features (email templates, automations, sequences, reports, etc.) are available the moment your plan activates. No need to refresh or log out.
Managing your subscription
After upgrading, a "Manage Billing" button appears on the Billing page. Clicking it opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can:
- Update your payment method (credit card)
- View and download invoices
- Cancel your subscription
- Switch between Pro and Team plans
Downgrading
You can downgrade at any time through the Stripe portal. When you downgrade:
- Your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period
- After the period ends, plan-gated features become locked (you can still see your data, but can't create new templates, automations, etc.)
- If you're on Free and have more than 250 contacts, existing contacts are kept but new contact creation is blocked until you're within the limit
Downgrading doesn't delete any data. Your templates, automations, and reports are preserved — they just become read-only until you upgrade again.
Payment security
All payments are processed by Stripe. RadiusOS never sees or stores your credit card number. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security certification.
