Team & Multi-Tenant Access
TeamThe Team plan allows multiple users to share a single RadiusOS workspace. All contacts, pipeline data, tasks, and settings are shared within the organization.
Inviting team members
Go to Settings → Team
Only the organization owner and admins can invite new members.
Click "Invite Member"
Enter the email address of the person you want to add. They'll receive an email invitation with a link to create a RadiusOS account and join your organization.
Set their role
Roles: Member (read/write contacts, tasks) or Admin (can manage settings, billing, and team members).
Data isolation
Each organization's data is fully isolated from other organizations. If a user belongs to multiple organizations (e.g., you're a contractor working for two clients), they can switch between orgs from the account menu — each org is a separate workspace.
Gmail integration is per-user. Each team member connects their own Gmail account. Email threads are only visible to the user who synced them, not shared across the team.
Removing a member
Go to Settings → Team, click the three-dot menu next to a member, and select Remove from organization. The member loses access immediately. Their tasks and contact edits remain in the workspace.
