Deleting a Workspace
If you no longer need a workspace, you can permanently delete it. Deletion is irreversible and removes all data associated with that workspace.
How to delete a workspace
Go to Settings → Danger Zone
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page to find the Danger Zone section.
Click "Delete Workspace"
A confirmation dialog appears asking "Are you sure?" This is your first chance to back out.
Type the workspace name to confirm
To prevent accidental deletion, you must type the exact workspace name into the confirmation field. This double opt-in ensures you're intentionally deleting the right workspace.
Deleting a workspace permanently removes all contacts, tasks, notes, automations, email history, and sequences in that workspace. This action cannot be undone. Export your data via CSV before deleting if you want a backup.
Restrictions
You cannot delete your last remaining workspace. Every RadiusOS account must have at least one workspace. If you need to start fresh, create a new workspace first, then delete the old one.
Only organization owners and admins can delete workspaces. Regular team members do not see the Danger Zone section.
