The Kanban Pipeline

The Pipeline is the board: every customer in a column for the step they are on, so you can see what is in progress and move things along. What sits on the cards depends on your setup - jobs for the trades, listings for real estate, projects for photographers, deals for sales.

Accessing the pipeline

Click Pipeline in the left sidebar. On a computer you get a Kanban board with one column per stage. On a phone you get one stage at a time: tap a stage along the top to switch to it, and the count on each one tells you how many records are sitting there. Stage names are set by your template (e.g. Lead → Proposal → Closed for sales, or Lead → Scheduled → Invoiced for field service) and can be customized in Settings → Pipeline & Fields.

Moving records between stages

On a computer, drag a card from one column into another. On a phone, tap the stage name on the right of any row and pick the new one - dragging cards around a small screen is fiddly, so there is a picker instead. Either way the stage updates immediately, and you can also change it from inside the detail panel.

Adding a record directly from the pipeline

At the bottom of any column, click + Add to create a new record pre-assigned to that stage.

Filtering the pipeline

Use the filter controls at the top of the pipeline view to show only records matching specific criteria - by tag, by date added, or by company.
