Morning Ritual - approve a stack of follow-ups in 60 seconds

Business

A full-screen, one-card-at-a-time view of today's pre-drafted follow-ups. Open it, swipe through, send the ones that look good, skip the rest. Designed to be the only thing you do before coffee.

What it is

The Morning Digest puts pre-drafted follow-ups on your dashboard. The Morning Ritual is the focused way to work through them - one card at a time, full screen, no other distractions on the page.

Open it from the dashboard digest card ("Open Morning Ritual") or from the sidebar (Morning Ritual). The route is at `/{org}/{workspace}/morning`.

ℹ️

Morning Ritual uses the same data as the Morning Digest card on the dashboard. Sending or skipping in either place updates both views.

How the flow works

1

Each card shows one drafted follow-up

Contact name, stage, AI score, why this one was flagged, the editable subject and body, and the recipient email.

2

Send it as-is, or edit first

Click the subject or body to edit inline. Edits save as you type. Click Send when it reads right - it goes through your connected Gmail and logs to the contact's activity feed.

3

Skip whatever doesn't fit

If the AI got the context wrong or you already followed up, click Skip. The item is dismissed for today and won't reappear unless something changes about that deal.

4

Step back if you change your mind

Previous (or ←) takes you back one card so you can re-send or re-edit before you've sent it.

5

Finish on the summary screen

After the last card, you'll see what you sent, what you skipped, and any deals approaching cold that didn't make today's draft list. One click takes you back to the dashboard.

💡

If you're on a laptop, the keyboard flow is faster than touch. Five drafts, five → presses, done in 30 seconds.

On Free and Pro plans

Pre-drafted follow-ups are a Business feature. On Free and Pro, the Morning Ritual still loads, but each card shows the flagged contact with an Upgrade prompt and a quick link to draft a follow-up manually in the contact record. Sending requires a real draft - you can't send an empty card.

ℹ️

Why the gate? Drafting 5 emails per workspace per night via Claude has a real per-workspace cost. Business and Team include it; Free and Pro keep the rule-based flag list so you still know who needs attention.

What if there's nothing to approve?

You'll see "All caught up" with a sun icon and a return-to-dashboard link. That means the overnight cron found nothing stale enough to draft for - usually a sign you're already on top of follow-ups (or it's the weekend and you ran the ritual already today).
