Start every day with a prioritized briefing on your pipeline. The AI Digest surfaces what needs attention, spots patterns, and highlights deals that are heating up or cooling down.
What is the AI Digest?
The AI Daily Digest is a pipeline briefing that appears on your dashboard each day. Instead of scanning every contact manually, the digest tells you exactly where to focus — which deals need follow-up, which contacts are at risk of going cold, and which opportunities are heating up.
The digest is generated fresh each day based on your current pipeline data, email activity, and task status.
Free tier digest
On the Free plan, the daily digest is rule-based. It surfaces:
- **Overdue tasks** — tasks past their due date, sorted by how overdue they are
- **Stale contacts** — contacts with no activity (email, note, stage change) in 7+ days
- **Follow-up reminders** — contacts where the last email was sent more than a set number of days ago with no reply
The free digest is a straightforward priority list — it tells you what's overdue and what's going quiet. It does not include pattern detection or win/loss signals.
Pro tier digest
On the Pro plan, the digest is generated by Claude AI and includes significantly richer insights:
- **Prioritized action list** — not just overdue items, but proactive recommendations like "This deal is heating up, send the proposal now" or "Re-engage before this contact goes cold"
- **Pattern detection** — cross-pipeline patterns such as "3 deals stalled at Proposal stage this week — is your proposal template working?" or "Your average close time improved by 2 days this month"
- **Win/loss signals** — early indicators of deal outcomes, like "Alex Rivera responded within 2 hours to your last 3 emails — this is closing" or "No reply in 14 days despite 3 follow-ups — consider marking as lost"
The Pro digest reads across your entire pipeline and uses AI to surface insights that would take you 30 minutes of manual review to find.
Check your digest first thing each morning. It takes 30 seconds to read and tells you exactly where to spend your first hour.
Understanding the digest
The digest is organized into three sections:
Prioritized actions
A ranked list of contacts that need attention today, with a specific recommended action for each. Actions are ordered by urgency — the most time-sensitive items appear first.
Patterns (Pro only)
Trends and recurring signals across your pipeline. These help you spot systemic issues (like a stage where deals consistently stall) or positive trends (like improving response rates). Patterns look at your pipeline as a whole, not individual contacts.
Win/loss signals (Pro only)
Early indicators that a deal is likely to close or likely to be lost. Win signals include things like fast reply times, multiple email exchanges, and forward stage momentum. Loss signals include long periods of silence, overdue tasks, and backward stage moves.
The digest appears on your dashboard automatically. It is also available via the MCP server using the get-dashboard-summary tool.
