Welcome to RadiusOS
RadiusOS is a flexible pipeline platform for small businesses and independent operators. Whether you're tracking job applications, managing real estate leads, booking field service jobs, or running a client pipeline for your creative business, RadiusOS gives you a structured workspace without the enterprise bloat.
What RadiusOS is (and isn't)
RadiusOS is built around the idea that most business software is overengineered for the people who actually need it. It's opinionated where it helps and flexible where it matters.
It is not a full marketing automation platform, a bulk email sender, or an ERP. It's a pipeline tracker with smart defaults, Gmail sync, and a template engine that lets workspaces be configured for any use case - sales, field service, real estate, job search, and more.
Your template defines the vocabulary RadiusOS uses. A Sales Pipeline calls them "contacts" and "deals". A Field Service template calls them "customers" and "jobs". A Job Search template calls them "employers" and "applications". The product adapts to your workflow - not the other way around.
Core concepts
Records (contacts, leads, jobs, applications - depends on your template)
The fundamental unit of RadiusOS. A record is a person or opportunity you're tracking - a hiring manager, a real estate prospect, a service customer, a brand client. Everything else (notes, tasks, emails, pipeline stage) attaches to a record. Your template determines what they're called.
Companies
Records can be associated with a company. Companies let you group related records from the same organization and track the relationship at the account level.
Pipeline
Records move through pipeline stages on a Kanban board. Stages are defined by whichever template your workspace uses - and you can customize them to match your exact workflow.
Templates
RadiusOS ships with templates covering sales, real estate, field service, job search, creator outreach, and more. Each template comes pre-configured with stages, field labels, and terminology for that use case. You can also build your own.
Organizations (Multi-tenant)
Each RadiusOS workspace belongs to an organization. If you're on the Team plan, you can invite colleagues who share the same org data. Personal accounts are single-user by default.
