Welcome to RadiusOS
RadiusOS is a flexible CRM operating system for small businesses and independent operators. Whether you're tracking job applications, managing real estate leads, or running a client pipeline for your creative business, RadiusOS gives you a structured workspace without the enterprise bloat.
What RadiusOS is (and isn't)
RadiusOS is built around the idea that most CRMs are overengineered for the people who actually need them. It's opinionated where it helps and flexible where it matters.
It is not a full marketing automation platform, a bulk email sender, or an ERP. It's a contact-and-pipeline tracker with smart defaults, Gmail sync, and a template engine that lets workspaces be configured for different use cases.
Core concepts
Contacts
The fundamental unit of RadiusOS. A contact is a person — a hiring manager, a real estate prospect, a brand client. Everything else (notes, tasks, emails, pipeline stage) attaches to a contact.
Companies
Contacts can be associated with a company. Companies let you group contacts from the same organization and track the relationship at the org level.
Pipeline
Contacts move through pipeline stages on a Kanban board. Stages are defined by whichever CRM template your workspace uses, and you can customize them.
Templates
RadiusOS ships with three templates — Job Search, Real Estate, and Photographer/Creator Marketplace — each pre-configured with stages, field labels, and terminology appropriate to that use case. You can also build your own.
Organizations (Multi-tenant)
Each RadiusOS workspace belongs to an organization. If you're on the Team plan, you can invite colleagues who share the same org data. Personal accounts are single-user by default.
