AI Record Scoring
Every record in your pipeline gets a health score from 0 to 100 that tells you how healthy a deal, job, or application is and where to focus your energy. Scores update automatically based on engagement signals. (In sales templates this is called "AI Deal Scoring".)
What is AI Record Scoring?
AI Record Scoring assigns every record in your pipeline a health score from 0 to 100. The score reflects how engaged the person is, how fast the record is progressing through your stages, and whether there are any risk signals. Higher scores mean healthier records that are more likely to reach your goal stage.
Scores are displayed on record cards, the pipeline Kanban board, and the dashboard - so you always know where to focus your time. In sales-oriented templates the score is labeled "Deal Score"; in other templates it's the record health score.
How scores work
Scores are calculated from multiple signals across a contact's history:
- Engagement signals - email reply frequency, response times, open rates, and how recently the contact was active
- Velocity - how fast the contact is moving through your pipeline stages. Deals that advance quickly score higher.
- Stage progression - contacts in later pipeline stages generally score higher than those in early stages
- Task completion - whether follow-up tasks are being completed on time, or piling up overdue
- Recency - contacts with recent activity score higher than those that have gone quiet
The score is a composite of all these signals, weighted to give you a single number that reflects overall deal health.
Score labels
Every score maps to a health label that makes it easy to scan your pipeline at a glance:
| Score range | Label | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| 75 – 100 | Hot | Strong engagement, deal is progressing well. Prioritize closing. |
| 50 – 74 | Warm | Good activity but may need a push. Follow up to maintain momentum. |
| 25 – 49 | Cool | Engagement is slowing down. Re-engage before the deal stalls. |
| 0 – 24 | Cold | Minimal or no recent activity. Consider whether to re-engage or deprioritize. |
Free vs Pro scoring
Both Free and Pro plans include deal scoring, but they work differently:
| Free | Pro ($19/mo) | Business ($39/mo) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Default scoring | Rule-based (engagement + velocity formula) | Real-time AI scoring powered by Claude | Real-time AI scoring powered by Claude |
| Score updates | On page load | Automatically on every trigger (new email, stage change) | Automatically on every trigger (new email, stage change) |
| On-demand AI refresh | Uses AI credits (30/mo) | Uses AI credits (300/mo) | Unlimited |
| Score explanations | Uses AI credits (30/mo) | Uses AI credits (300/mo) | Unlimited Claude reasoning |
| Next-action suggestions | Templated text | AI-generated | AI-generated with one-click execute |
Every plan starts with rule-based scoring on every contact. AI scoring (powered by Claude) draws from your unified monthly AI credit pool - 30 credits on Free, 300 on Pro, unlimited on Business and Team. One credit = one AI action across all surfaces (scoring, drafts, chat, enrichment, semantic search).
AI credits reset on the 1st of each month. Unused credits do not roll over. The credit pool is unified across every AI surface in RadiusOS - refreshing a score, drafting a follow-up, or asking the in-product chat all draw from the same monthly bucket.
Refreshing a score
To refresh a contact's AI score on demand, open the contact detail page and click the "Refresh AI Score" button. This sends the contact's full context - emails, notes, tasks, stage history - to Claude for a fresh assessment.
On Free and Pro, each refresh consumes 1 credit from your monthly pool (75 on Free, 300 on Pro). On Business and Team, refreshes are unlimited.
The refreshed score replaces the previous score immediately. You'll see the updated score, label, and the AI's reasoning for the new score.
Use AI credits strategically on Free and Pro. Save them for deals where something has changed - a new email, a meeting, a stage move - rather than refreshing contacts with no new activity. Pure CRUD operations (creating contacts, sending plain emails, moving stages) never consume credits.
Sharing score cards (Pro)
Pro users can generate a shareable score card for any contact. The score card is a public, anonymized snapshot of the deal score that you can share on LinkedIn, X, or Slack.
To generate a score card, open a contact detail page and click "Share Score Card." RadiusOS creates a public URL with an anonymized version of the score - no contact names, emails, or company names are included. The card shows the score, health label, primary signal, risk factors, and a suggested next action.
Score cards expire after 30 days. Each card includes RadiusOS branding and a sign-up CTA, making them a great way to showcase AI-powered deal intelligence to your network.
Score cards are a Pro feature. All contact data is anonymized before the card is generated - no personal information is ever exposed on a public score card.
