AI Deal Scoring

Every contact in your pipeline gets a health score from 0 to 100 that tells you how likely a deal is to close and where to focus your energy. Scores update automatically based on engagement signals.

What is AI Deal Scoring?

AI Deal Scoring assigns every contact in your pipeline a health score from 0 to 100. The score reflects how engaged the contact is, how fast the deal is progressing, and whether there are any risk signals. Higher scores mean healthier deals that are more likely to close.

Scores are displayed on contact cards, the pipeline Kanban board, and the dashboard — so you always know where to focus your time.

How scores work

Scores are calculated from multiple signals across a contact's history:

  • **Engagement signals** — email reply frequency, response times, open rates, and how recently the contact was active
  • **Velocity** — how fast the contact is moving through your pipeline stages. Deals that advance quickly score higher.
  • **Stage progression** — contacts in later pipeline stages generally score higher than those in early stages
  • **Task completion** — whether follow-up tasks are being completed on time, or piling up overdue
  • **Recency** — contacts with recent activity score higher than those that have gone quiet

The score is a composite of all these signals, weighted to give you a single number that reflects overall deal health.

Score labels

Every score maps to a health label that makes it easy to scan your pipeline at a glance:

Score rangeLabelWhat it means
75 – 100HotStrong engagement, deal is progressing well. Prioritize closing.
50 – 74WarmGood activity but may need a push. Follow up to maintain momentum.
25 – 49CoolEngagement is slowing down. Re-engage before the deal stalls.
0 – 24ColdMinimal or no recent activity. Consider whether to re-engage or deprioritize.

Free vs Pro scoring

Both Free and Pro plans include deal scoring, but they work differently:

FreePro ($19/mo)
Default scoringRule-based (engagement + velocity formula)Real-time AI scoring powered by Claude
Score updatesOn page loadAutomatically on every trigger (new email, stage change)
On-demand AI refresh30 per workspace per monthUnlimited

Free-tier rule-based scoring is still useful — it surfaces engagement patterns and highlights stale deals. The 30 on-demand AI refreshes per month let you get Claude-powered insight on your most important deals.

On-demand AI score credits reset on the 1st of each month. Unused credits do not roll over.

Refreshing a score

To refresh a contact's AI score on demand, open the contact detail page and click the "Refresh AI Score" button. This sends the contact's full context — emails, notes, tasks, stage history — to Claude for a fresh assessment.

On the Free plan, each refresh uses one of your 30 monthly credits. On Pro, refreshes are unlimited.

The refreshed score replaces the previous score immediately. You'll see the updated score, label, and (on Pro) the AI's reasoning for the new score.

Use on-demand refreshes strategically on the Free plan. Save them for deals where something has changed — a new email, a meeting, a stage move — rather than refreshing contacts with no new activity.

Sharing score cards (Pro)

Pro users can generate a shareable score card for any contact. The score card is a public, anonymized snapshot of the deal score that you can share on LinkedIn, X, or Slack.

To generate a score card, open a contact detail page and click "Share Score Card." RadiusOS creates a public URL with an anonymized version of the score — no contact names, emails, or company names are included. The card shows the score, health label, primary signal, risk factors, and a suggested next action.

Score cards expire after 30 days. Each card includes RadiusOS branding and a sign-up CTA, making them a great way to showcase AI-powered deal intelligence to your network.

Score cards are a Pro feature. All contact data is anonymized before the card is generated — no personal information is ever exposed on a public score card.
