Custom Pipeline Templates
BusinessBusiness and Team users can create their own pipeline templates - defining custom stages, field labels, workspace vocabulary, and enabled modules - and publish them for other RadiusOS users to discover.
What a template defines
- Pipeline stages - names, order, and default color
- Record label - what individual pipeline items are called (Deal, Job, Application, Listing, Project)
- Contact label - what the people you track are called (Contact, Customer, Employer, Client)
- Field labels - rename "Company" to "Agency," or any field to suit your terminology
- Modules enabled - which optional modules are activated (Scheduling, Quoting, Invoicing)
- Default tags - pre-populated tag options for new workspaces
Creating a custom template
Navigate to Settings → Pipeline & Fields to configure your workspace. Every customization you make - stages, field labels, terminology - becomes part of the template when you publish it.
Publishing your template
Go to Templates in the sidebar and click "Publish a Template." Select the workspace you want to publish, give it a name and description, and hit Publish. Your template is immediately live and searchable.
Write a clear, specific description. Templates with good descriptions get more installs. Mention the industry, workflow type, and what makes your pipeline stages unique.
Applying a template to your workspace
Go to Templates, find a template, and click "Use Template." This creates a new workspace with the template's configuration. Existing workspaces are not affected.
