Pipeline Templates
Browse, install, and publish pipeline templates in RadiusOS. Templates configure your workspace for a specific industry or workflow - stages, field labels, vocabulary, and enabled modules all come pre-set. Find one that fits your use case, or share your own.
Browsing templates
Visit radiusos.ai/marketplace to browse all available templates. Each template card shows:
- Template name and description
- Pipeline stages preview
- Star rating, once a template has been reviewed
- Creator attribution (who published it)
Click any template to see the full detail page with pipeline stages, custom fields, terminology, and user reviews. Use the search bar to filter by name or description.
Installing a template
From the public templates page - click a template, then "Get Started with This Template." You'll be taken to sign up (or sign in) and a new workspace is created with that template's configuration.
From inside the app - go to Templates in the sidebar, find a template, click "Use Template," name your workspace, and click Create. You'll be redirected to your new workspace immediately.
Note: Creating additional workspaces requires a paid plan (Pro, Business, or Team). Free plan users have one workspace.
Publishing your own template
Build your workspace
Customize your pipeline stages, field labels, and terminology in Settings → Pipeline & Fields. The workspace you publish becomes the template.
Go to Templates
Click Templates in the sidebar (or the "Publish a Template" button in the sidebar footer).
Click "Publish a Template"
Select the source workspace, give your template a name and description, then click Publish.
Share it
After publishing, you'll see a celebration screen with share buttons. Copy the link, tweet it, or post to LinkedIn. The more users install your template, the higher it ranks.
Publishing templates requires a Pro plan or higher. Your template is free for anyone to install - there are no paid templates at this time.
How templates rank
Templates are ordered by how often they have been used, most-used first, though the count itself is not shown on the card. User ratings do appear once a template has been reviewed. The more people use your template and the better they rate it, the higher it sits in the list.
