Today: your day on one screen
Everything you're doing today in one list, built for a phone you're holding in a driveway. Who you're seeing, what time, where it is, the gate code, and one button per stop.
What's on it
Every visit booked for today, earliest first, with the customer's name, the time, and what kind of visit it is. If the visit names a property, the address is a link that opens your phone's maps app, so you're not retyping it at the wheel. If the property has access notes (gate code, dog in the yard, park in the alley) they sit right under the address in yellow so you see them before you arrive.
A cancelled visit is not on the list. A finished one is, because seeing what you already did today is most of why anyone opens this at 4pm.
Working a stop
Check in when you arrive
One tap. The card flips to On site and the arrival time is stamped. Tapping it twice keeps the first time, because the honest answer to "when did you get there" doesn't change when you press the button again.
Record while you're there
The Record button takes you to the customer, where you can start a Walk & Talk: photograph the job and talk as you walk, and the write-up files itself.
Check out with what happened
Pick the outcome from the Check out list: finished, partly done, no access, customer out, or rescheduled. The visit closes and the time on site is worked out for you.
Two taps from opening the app gets you to a site visit in progress: Check in, then Record. That's the whole point of the screen.
Where it shows up
Today sits near the top of the sidebar on trades and home-service setups, right under Dashboard. Setups where the work isn't a site visit (sales, recruiting, job search) don't show it at all, because there'd be nothing on it.
Today is on every plan. It reads visits you've already booked; it doesn't create anything, so there's nothing to charge for.
Nothing on the list?
Today only shows visits that are actually booked. Book one from a customer's page or from the Calendar and it appears here. If you booked something and it isn't showing, check the date: Today uses your phone's clock, so a visit booked for tomorrow stays on tomorrow.
