Follow-ups that send themselves
ProSequences are now part of Outreach. A follow-up is a setting on a group email rather than a separate feature: pick your people, write the first message, then add a follow-up for anyone who does not reply.
Where it went
Sequences and Group Email were two ways of doing one thing, and keeping them apart caused a real problem: sequences ignored your sending limits, so they could go out at 3am, at weekends, at any volume.
They are now one screen, called Outreach. A campaign with one message is what Group Email used to be. A campaign with two or three is what a sequence used to be. Both respect your sending limits.
Nothing was lost. No sequence had ever been switched on, so there was nothing running to move across.
Adding a follow-up

Exactly as before, from your list.
Choose Add a follow-up
Under the message. Set how many days to wait and write what to send.
Schedule
The first message goes out at your usual pace. The follow-up is queued for each person a few days after THEIR first message actually arrived, not from when you pressed Schedule.
You can add up to three follow-ups. Most people need one.
Stopping when someone replies
On by default, and it is the setting that matters most. RadiusOS watches for a reply on each thread it sent, and the moment someone answers, their remaining follow-ups are cancelled.
Chasing a person who already replied is the fastest way to sound like a machine, and it is the most common reason people report follow-up email as spam.
You can see it on the campaign: anyone who answered shows as Replied, and anyone whose follow-up was cancelled shows Stopped, they replied.
Timing
The wait is counted from when the previous message actually reached that person, not from when the campaign started.
That matters on a big list. If a campaign takes two weeks to work through everyone, someone reached on day twelve gets their follow-up three days after THAT, rather than having it arrive alongside the first message.
Follow-ups still obey your sending limits, so one due at 6am waits for your sending window to open like everything else.
