Audit Log
TeamA record of who changed what in your workspace, and when. Useful when something moved and nobody remembers moving it.
Where to find it
Settings, then Audit Log. Entries are newest first, and each row shows the action, what it touched, who did it, and the date.
The Audit Log is a Team feature. On Free, Pro and Business the page shows what would be recorded; it starts filling up when you upgrade. Entries are recorded from the moment you are on Team, so the log does not backfill your earlier history.
What it records
| Area | Recorded |
|---|---|
| Customers | Created, edited, deleted, stage moved, tagged and untagged |
| Companies | Created, edited, deleted |
| Tasks | Created, completed, deleted |
| Quotes | Emailed, and every status change (sent, accepted, declined, expired) |
| Invoices | Emailed, status changes, and marked paid with the amount and method |
| Jobs | Created, edited, status changed, deleted |
Each entry keeps a short note about what changed. For an edit, that is the field name, not the value: an inline edit can carry a phone number or a private note, and everyone in your organization can read this log.
What it does not record
Reads. Opening a customer or running a report is not logged, only changes.
Your customers' own actions on a quote they signed. Those are kept separately on the quote itself, with the timestamp, IP address and a copy of the terms they agreed to, because that record has to stand up on its own.
Automatic changes made by RadiusOS itself, like the overnight AI drafts or the follow-up reminders. The log is for people.
Entries are kept for as long as your workspace exists. There is no automatic purge and no CSV export yet. If you need either, tell us and we will build it.
If a change is missing
Not every action writes an entry yet. The table above is the complete list today. If something you expected is absent, it is a gap in what we record rather than a lost entry, and it is worth telling us about.
