Choosing a CRM Template

Templates configure RadiusOS for a specific workflow — they define pipeline stages, field labels, and the terminology used throughout your workspace. Choose the one closest to your use case; you can customize from there.

Available templates

SMB Sales Pipeline (Free)

The default template. A general-purpose outreach and sales pipeline for small businesses. Stages: Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal Sent → Closed Won / Closed Lost. Good for: agencies, freelancers, anyone doing outbound sales.

Job Search (Free)

Built for tracking job applications, networking contacts, and interviews. The contact model is the "deal" — each contact represents a role or a relationship you're cultivating. Stages: Research → Applied → Phone Screen → Interview → Offer → Rejected.

Real Estate (Free)

Track leads, listings, and clients through a property transaction lifecycle. Stages: Lead → Viewing Scheduled → Offer Made → Under Contract → Closed. Companies map to properties or agencies.

Photographer / Creator Marketplace (Free)

For photographers, videographers, and content creators tracking client inquiries and bookings. Stages: Inquiry → Proposal Sent → Contract Signed → Shoot Scheduled → Delivered → Invoiced.

Can't decide? Start with SMB Sales Pipeline. It's the most neutral and you can rename stages to match your workflow in Settings → Pipeline.

Customizing stages

Navigate to Settings → Pipeline Stages to add, remove, or rename stages. Drag to reorder. Changes apply to all contacts in your workspace.
